Creator Terms

If you enable a public creator profile, submit content for publication, or list paid or free marketplace items, you agree to these Creator Terms and the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about creator or marketplace activity, these Creator Terms control.

You are responsible for the accuracy of titles, photos, descriptions, pricing, and any nutrition or allergen statements in your listings. Do not list content you do not have the right to publish or sell. Paid Android purchases are not offered in this release; buyers complete paid checkout on the web.

You grant UltiFood a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, promote, and distribute your public and marketplace content on UltiFood, including the website and Android app, and to make reasonable copies and previews needed to operate discovery, sharing, and purchase flows.

You keep ownership of your content. Buyers receive the access rights described at purchase, which may include saving a copy into their household library. That access continues after a listing is unpublished unless we have to remove it for legal reasons.

Marketplace proceeds are split between you and UltiFood according to the then-current split shown in your creator dashboard at the time of sale. Payouts may be held while a sale is pending, refunded, or disputed. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

UltiFood may withhold, offset, or reverse amounts for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or terms violations.

You agree not to:

• Publish copied recipes or media without permission;
• Make medical or allergen claims you cannot support;
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or search ranking;
• Use another person’s identity or brand without authorization; or
• List content that is unlawful or that we reasonably consider unsafe or misleading.

We may reject, unpublish, or remove listings, and we may suspend creator privileges, if content or conduct violates these terms, our moderation policies, or the law. You may unpublish your own listings, subject to access already granted to buyers.
